Dal Maharani Dish

Active ingredients :-

1 cup dhuli urad dal (split black beans) – soaked for 1 hour.

1 onion – cut.

1″ piece ginger – grated.

3 tbsp oil 1 and half tsp salt.

1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi).

1/2 tsp red chili power.

1/4 tsp amchoor.

1/4 tsp coriander (dhania) powder.

 

Method :-

1. Clean and wash dal. Take in water for 1 hour.

2. Include salt, chilli powder, amchoor and dhania powder. Microwave for 6 minutes.

3. Drain the dal and include dal to the onions. Include 2 cup water. Mix well. Microwave covered for 20 minutes. Once after 8 minutes in between, stir.

4. After it is ready, let represent 3-4 minutes till it turns soft. Sprinkle sliced coriander and mix delicately with a fork.

Include salt, chilli powder, amchoor and dhania powder. 3 Drain the dal and add dal to the onions. Microwave covered for 20 minutes. Stir when after 8 minutes in– in between.
