Apple Pulao Dish


Ingredients :-

2 apples

3 cups cooked long-grained rice

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp pepper powder

1 tsp sugar powder


Method :-

Do not peel the apple. Core and remove the seeds and cut into thin strips.

Heat the butter and add the apple pieces and stir-fry on high heat for one minute. Add the spices and the sugar and fry for extra minute. Mix in the rice and toss gently.

Serve with raita.
