Indian-Recipe-Subz-Pulao

Active ingredients :-

1 cup basmati rice – wetted and washed.

5 tbsp oil.

1 tsp ginger pasts, 1/2 tsp garlic paste.

SABOOT MASALA OR FLAVOR BAG (crush together & incorporate piece of muslin cloth).

10 saboot kali mirch (pepper corns).

2tsp saunf (fennel seeds).

3 – 4 chhoti illaiachi (green cardamom).

3 – 4 moti illachi (black cardamom).

4 laung (cloves), 2 sticks dalchini(cinnamon).

VEGETABLES

1 potato – cut into 1/2″ pieces.

1/2 of a small cauliflower – cut into florets.

2 carrots – cut into 1/2″ pieces, 1 cup green peas.

1 tomato – cut into 8 pieces, 2-3 green chilies – cut into thin strips.

1 tbsp mint leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice.

 

 

Technique :-

1. In a broad micro evidence dish, put oil, ginger, garlic, cauliflower, potato, peas and carrots. Microwave for 3 minutes.

2. Drain the drenched rice. Include rice, 2 cups water, haldi, red chilli pd and salt. Add the flavor bag. Microwave paid for 6 minutes.

3. Include tomatoes, mint, coriander, green chillies and lemon juice. Cover and microwave for 7 minutes. Wait for 5 minutes.
