Indian-Recipe-Paneer-Hara-Pyaz

Ingredients :-

250 gm paneer – cut into 1″ dices.

150 gm spring onion.

1 green chilli – deseeded & sliced.

3 tablespoon oil.

6-8 flakes garlic – crushed.

1/4 tsp turmeric powder.

2 tablespoon coriander powder.

1/4 readymade tomato puree.

1 tablespoon tomato ketchup.

3 cloves- crushed.

1/2 tbsp red chilli powder.

1/2 tsp garam masala.

1/4 tsp salt.

4 tbsp cream.

 

Approach :-

1. Cut white of spring onions into rings, environment-friendlies into 1/2″ diagonal pieces.

2. Put oil, garlic, white of onion, haldi and dhania in a microproof dish. Microwave for 4 minutes.

3. Add tomato puree, tomato ketchup, laung, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Microwave for 4 min.

4. Include 1/2 cup water, paneer, green chillies, cream and about 1 cup of eco-friendlies of spring onions. Mix well. Microwave for 2 minutes. check salt and include even more if required. Mix and serve hot.

 

Put oil, garlic, white of onion, haldi and dhania in a microproof dish. Microwave for 4 minutes.

Add tomato puree, tomato ketchup, laung, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Microwave for 4 minutes.

Include 1/2 cup water, paneer, green chillies, cream and about 1 cup of environment-friendlies of spring onions.
