Components :-

3 bread pieces.

1 potato.

2 table spoons Suji (semolina).

1/2 table spoon salt.

1/2 table spoon pepper, or to taste.

1/2 onion- very carefully sliced.

1/2 tomato- cut into half, deseeded and chopped finely.

2 table spoons cury leaves- chopped.

1/2 table spoons rai (small brown mustard seeds).

 

Approach :-

1. Wash potato. Put in a plastic bag and microwave for 3 minutes. Peel and mash coarsely.

2. To the mashed potatoes, add onion, tomato, cury leaves, salt and pepper. Mix and active ingredients.

3. Add the suji and mix gently.

4. Spread potato mixture thoroughly on bread slices, remaining edges cool.

5. Sprays some rai over the potato blend, weighing down carefully with finger tips.

6. Remain the bread slices in the microwave oven on the mix mode and cook for 15 minutes or till the bottom of the slice gets crisp.

7. Cut each toast into 4 triangular pieces.

8. Serve with sauce.
