2 cups cooked long-gained rice
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 cup par boiled mixed vegitables
Heat the butter and add the rice and stir-fry on high heat for one minute.
Add the vegetables and stir-try with the spices and try for two minutes. Place a small portion into each canape and serve as a snack.
