Achari Bhindi Indian Dish

Components :-

500 gm bhindi(woman’s finger).

1 tsp ginger paste.

1/2 tsp red chilli powder.

1 tsp dhania powder.

1/2 tspamchoor, 1/2 tsp garam massla.

3/4 tsp salt or taste.

2 huge tomatoes – chopped.

1 tsp lemon juice.

ACHAARI SPICES

A pinch of hing (asafoetida).

1 tsp saunf (fennel), 1/2 tsp rai (mustard seeds).

1/2 tsp kalonji (onion seeds).

 

Technique :-

1. Wash bhindi and clean dry. Cut the suggestion of the head of each bhindi vertically from the middle making 2 smaller sized pieces from each bhindi.

2. Keep bhindi in a dish. Sprinkle 2 tablespoon oil on it.

3. In the different small dish put 2 tbsp oil and achri flavors. Microwave for 3 minutes.

4. To the bhindi, add achari spices, dry masala powders, salt, ginger paste, tomatoes and lemon juice. Mix effectively. Microwave for 4 minutes. Serve hot.
